Tonight I can't help but ask myself,
What does it truly mean to be satisfied?

The Windy City.

We spent half of our Spring Break in the heart of Chicago. It was such a wonderful trip. Everything about that city is absorbing and incredibly pleasant. I got to ride on the famous Navy Pier Ferris Wheel, and eat Garrett's Popcorn and Deep Dish Pizza. The perfect Chicago experience :)

One Last Exam.

My final exam of the semester is tomorrow! It's about time - these last couple of days have just dragged on and on. But I'm excited to say that tomorrow, at this exact time, I will be laying in bed (probably still awake, floundering around on the Internet), without a care in the world, because exams will be over, and the next few days are going to be heaven.

Tomorrow afternoon after the exam, my lovely friend Bryna is taking me cross-country skiing. I'm really looking forward to it, especially since I haven't gotten many opportunities to get some fresh air and exercise in a long time, due to the crazy health issues I've been having this past month. I am so happy to be feeling like my normal self again, and it's great to know that everything's going to be ok.

On Wednesday I have the day off, so I am surprising everybody at Woodland by spending the entire school day there! SO FRIGGEN EXCITED!!! I'm even taking my old school bus and everything. It should be an amazing day, and I cannot wait to see everybody again. It's going to bring back such great memories, and I have a feeling that it's going to feel just like old times.

The following day is my birthday, which I am also quite excited for. I can't believe I'm already turning 18. I know people say this time & time again, but it's so incredibly true - time just passes by way too quickly. I am celebrating my birthday over the course of three days (I love extended birthday celebrations ♥). On the 3rd, my actual birthday, I am celebrating with my family at home. On the 4th, Harrison has something planned that day, but I have no idea what it is. I'm starting to grow extremely curious, and rather impatient. I hate waiting for surprises! haha. And finally, on Saturday, I am having my lovely girls over for dinner & dessert. I'm so excited for all the festivities! They will all be much-deserved breaks for all of us :)

Anyway, I should wrap up my studying before heading to bed.
